Coppadoro surprised us in a way that rarely happens anymore. We taste a great many olive oils, so we aren't often truly taken by surprise. Yet, with the very first sip, our eyebrows shot up in genuine delight. Such depth, such complexity. Powerful, yet refined and elegant at the same time.

Kavalaria simply had to be included in this selection. We have rarely tasted an olive oil that feels so quintessentially Greek. Intensely green, wonderfully grassy, ​​and bursting with character. The small Koroneiki olives must have been harvested exceptionally early; otherwise, such a distinctive flavor profile would be hard to imagine. Just as important was meeting the producer, George. His passion is infectious. He leaves absolutely nothing to chance to ensure his olive oil reaches the enthusiast as fresh and perfect as possible. We could have talked to him for hours. It is no coincidence that his oil has a permanent spot on our kitchen counter at home.

And then there is Naturvie Arbequina. It has been a staple of our range for over twenty years. It has a completely different character from the first two: softer, gentler, and exceptionally fruity. You can taste notes of green banana and crisp green apple. It is an olive oil cherished not only by us; countless top chefs have also counted themselves among its fans for years.
