From the Saridakis family’s mountain grove on the eastern slopes of Psiloritis (Crete), Kavalaria Estate is a certified organic, extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Koroneiki olives. Harvested in early October and cold-pressed the same day, it delivers a rich, complex profile: grassy, artichoke, green almond notes, with gentle spiciness and very low acidity (~0.11–0.15%).
