Kavalaria Estate – Authentic Cretan Premium Oil

From the Saridakis family’s mountain grove on the eastern slopes of Psiloritis (Crete), Kavalaria Estate is a certified organic, extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Koroneiki olives. Harvested in early October and cold-pressed the same day, it delivers a rich, complex profile: grassy, artichoke, green almond notes, with gentle spiciness and very low acidity (~0.11–0.15%).

Winner at NYIOOC 2023 and adored by chefs worldwide. High polyphenol content and EU health claim support both flavor and wellbeing. Stored under nitrogen in stainless steel to preserve full aromatics.
