Why these three are so special

Coppadoro surprised us in a way that rarely happens anymore. We taste a great many olive oils, yet from the very first sip this one immediately stood out. It offers remarkable depth and complexity, powerful yet refined and elegant at the same time.

Kavalaria simply had to be part of this selection. Intensely green, distinctly grassy and full of character. The small Koroneiki olives are harvested very early, and you can taste it. Just as important is the exceptional care with which producer George works to bring his olive oil to the customer as fresh as possible.

Naturvie Arbequina provides the contrast. It has been a permanent part of our range for more than twenty years: softer, more approachable and distinctly fruity, with notes of green banana and fresh apple. An olive oil that we cherish ourselves and that has also been appreciated by professional chefs for many years.

It is precisely the contrast between these three oils that makes the Signature Collection so interesting. Coppadoro brings Italian elegance and complexity, Kavalaria the intense green character of Koroneiki, and Naturvie Arbequina a softer, fruitier Spanish style. Together they show just how diverse high-quality Extra Virgin olive oil can be.
