Parqueoliva Serie Oro opens with an abundance of green aromas. Freshly cut grass, green tomato, apple and artichoke are clearly present. On the palate, the oil shows plenty of fruitiness and structure, with elegant bitterness and a long, pleasantly peppery finish.
Beautiful with carpaccio, burrata, grilled vegetables, tomato, salads, pasta, toasted bread, fish and meat. It has enough character for powerful dishes while remaining refined enough for more subtle combinations.
Parqueoliva Serie Oro comes from the Subbética Cordobesa in Andalusia. The landscape around Priego de Córdoba is hilly, with olive groves planted at different elevations and on different slopes.
The oil carries the protected designation PDO Priego de Córdoba, linking it to the production area and to defined requirements concerning origin and quality.
The region has built a remarkably strong international reputation. Not because of enormous production volumes, but because local producers consistently make very high-quality oils from regional cultivars.
Discover Spanish olive oil →At the beginning of the harvest, olives contain considerably less oil than later in the season. Economically, harvesting early is therefore not the easiest choice.
The reward is that early olives often retain an abundance of green aromas and structure. Parqueoliva Serie Oro demonstrates exactly why producers are willing to accept that lower yield.

Parqueoliva Serie Oro has been one of Almazaras de la Subbética's internationally recognised oils for many years. It has received recognition at major international competitions and in quality guides.
Serie Oro also has an impressive record at Masters of Olive Oil. In 2025, it ranked number 1 in the medium-fruity category and also performed strongly in the blend and PDO/PGI categories.
The latest confirmation came in 2026 with a Gold Award and a place among the three selected PDO/PGI oils. Results across several harvests tell us far more than one isolated gold sticker.
