Every available bottle from the current harvest has been sold. Santa Oliva is produced in very limited quantities, so this is not an olive oil we can simply reorder when stock runs out. Fortunately, Santa Oliva is one of the early-harvest oils. As soon as the new harvest becomes available, we expect to offer this exceptional Sicilian Grand Cru again.

Intensely green and powerful, with aromas of green tomato, tomato leaf, fresh grass, artichoke, herbs and almond. Clearly bitter and peppery, yet beautifully balanced with a long, complex finish.

Cerasuola is a distinctive Sicilian olive variety known for powerful green aromas, natural bitterness and lively pungency. Santa Oliva expresses that character in a particularly pure way.

The olives are harvested early and processed quickly. Aromas and flavours include green tomato, tomato leaf, fresh grass, artichoke, green herbs and almond. Powerful, yet elegant and balanced enough never to become heavy or coarse.

Santa Oliva is very much a finishing oil. Use it raw or add it only at the very end, so the green aromas, elegant bitterness and peppery finish remain fully intact.

The current harvest is completely sold out. Naturally, we would prefer to still have a few cases in the warehouse, but the limited production is exactly what makes Santa Oliva what it is. Now we wait for the first olives of the new early harvest.
