Coppadoro Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This gem caught our eye six years ago at the Olio Capitale in Trieste. The explosion of flavours was out of this world. Yet, for reasons that were compelling at the time, we did not add it to our range. But it kept nagging at us. Every year, it came back to mind. And when we tasted it again in 2025 at the Olio Capitale, we declared ourselves – retroactively – to be incredible idiots.

This oil belongs in our range. Taste it, and you will understand why.

Perfect with crudités, bruschetta and soups, but especially with a crispy piece of bread and a delicious pasta. An explosion of aromas: freshly mown grass, almond, artichoke… as if spring itself is in the bottle.
