A limited early-harvest extra virgin olive oil from Olympia. Koroneiki and Kolireiki combine to create an intensely green and complex character with herbs, grass, tomato and artichoke, followed by almond, nuts and a long peppery finish.
Exclusive Art Line – power and refinement from Greece
The Exclusive Art Line is one of the most expressive olive oils produced by the Greek family estate Oliorama. The olives grow in the family’s own groves around historic Olympia, not far from the Ionian Sea, and are harvested early to preserve as much freshness, aroma and intensity as possible.
This olive oil combines the Greek varieties Koroneiki and Kolireiki. Koroneiki is known for its lively green character and pepperiness, while Kolireiki adds extra nuance and aromatic depth to the blend.
The protected geographical indication PGI Olympia further emphasises the clear connection between this olive oil and its place of origin.
On the nose, Exclusive Art Line is distinctly green and aromatic. Expect notes of fresh herbs, cut grass, olive leaf, tomato and artichoke. It is immediately clear that this is not a soft or neutral olive oil.
On the palate, the profile develops further with riper notes of almond, nuts and herbs. Bitterness and pepperiness are clearly present, supported by full fruitiness and considerable aromatic complexity.
The peppery finish in particular lingers for a long time and gives the oil its lively, distinctive character.
An olive oil that truly adds something to a dish
Thanks to its combination of high fruitiness, clear bitterness and pepperiness, this is an excellent oil to use raw or as a finishing touch. This allows its green aromas and long peppery finish to remain fully recognisable.
Use Exclusive Art Line with grilled fish, octopus and other seafood, tomato dishes, robust salads, grilled vegetables, pasta, pulses, red meat and mature cheeses. It is also excellent with nothing more than good bread and a little sea salt.
Oliorama is a family business from the area around Ancient Olympia. The family has worked its own olive groves for generations, combining traditional knowledge with modern production methods. With the Exclusive Art Line, that philosophy extends to the presentation itself: a limited olive oil in which both the contents and the design take centre stage.
