Not every great olive oil needs to be powerful

The olives come from Ilia, near Olympia and close to the Ionian coast.

Daily Treasure has a fresh, delicate aroma and a smooth, refined flavour. Fruitiness is clearly present while bitterness and pepperiness remain deliberately gentle.

Oliorama is a Greek family producer from the Ancient Olympia region. The family has worked with olives since the 1970s and the third generation is now involved.

From salads to the frying pan
Daily Treasure is excellent raw with salads, fish, vegetables, bread, dips and light pasta dishes.
