The Gálvez-González family founded Galgón 99 S.L. in 2005 to produce premium extra virgin olive oil from their own olive groves in Bailén (Jaén). They control the entire process – from cultivation and harvesting to bottling – for maximum quality and traceability.

Led by José Gálvez, an expert in olive oil production, the company focuses on quality, knowledge and sustainability. The olives from the La Casa del Agua and Los Juncales estates are sustainably grown and harvested early for maximum flavour.

Their oils are sold under the Oro Bailén brand, including the Picual, Hojiblanca and organic Picual varieties, which is internationally recognised as the number two in the world. Oro Bailén's style is recognisable by its harmonious balance of fruity, bitter and spicy notes – a paragon of modern Spanish olive oil of the highest quality.
