This olive oil is cold-extracted in L’Albagés, in one of the most modern and sophisticated olive mills in the world. Thanks to this state-of-the-art technology, aromas, freshness, and nutrients are optimally preserved.

Fontfleurie opens with a soft fruitiness and a striking natural sweetness (5.0), making the oil particularly accessible and tempting. The aroma profile reveals fresh notes of yellow banana, red fruit, and green apple, which create a lively and almost playful freshness. Subtle nuances of walnut and green herbs add depth and balance.
