With a start of (vinegar) sweet and sour odor. The touch of the tongue is sweet and continues as a sweet dessert wine for a long time, but ends up sharper and raisin-like. Very complex, sweet and sour and just drinkable.
Fantastic on tomatoes and delicate salads. Can also be perfectly reduced for example on duck breast or extinguishing baked pears.
