Oro Bailén

The Gálvez-González family founded Galgón 99 S.L. in 2005 to produce premium extra virgin olive oil from their own olive groves in Bailén (Jaén). They control the entire process—from cultivation and harvesting to bottling—for maximum quality and traceability.

Led by José Gálvez, an expert in olive oil production, the company focuses on quality, knowledge, and sustainability. The olives from the La Casa del Agua and Los Juncales estates are sustainably grown and harvested early for maximum flavor.

Their oils are sold under the Oro Bailén brand, including the Picual, Hojiblanca, and organic Picual varieties, which is internationally recognized as the world's number two.
