Hand-picked olives are crushed on a traditional stone mill and then pressed. From the olive varieties Coratina and Ogliarola.
Galantino ceramics are handmade by expert Apulian artisans.
They are unique and unrepeatable pieces, because they are completely dyed by hand. Models and decorations can be adjusted.
