An olive oil from the famous house Naturvie from the western Spanish Extremadura. A blend of four olive varieties and all four of them leave their mark on the taste and smell. Fruity and green with hints of apple, green almond, green leaves and tomato. Finally, a little bit bitter, nicely balanced with the sweet notes.
Naturvie's olive oil is well known among the gastronomic top of the Netherlands and Belgium. Their olive oil has been labeled by restaurants such as Inter Scaldes ***, De Treeswijkhoeve **, Joelia *, Bretelli *, De Hoefslag *, De Vlindertuin *, La Provence * and Sel Gris *. Their Sierra del Conde is also in use at many of these restaurants and is, for example, the house olive oil of “Best meat restaurant in the Netherlands 2015 and 2017”, CEO of the meat.
