Organic Koroneiki Extra Virgin olive oil

An organic, cold-extracted Koroneiki. Estoublon describes it as fruity, rounded and herbaceous, with green apple, sweet tomato leaf and freshly cut grass.

Organic balsamic vinegar

Made from organic cooked grape must and organic wine vinegar. Aged for at least 60 days in oak, with a beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity and a long, fruity, lightly woody finish.

A NICE DETAIL
Château d'Estoublon on the box, but two different Mediterranean worlds inside

The Koroneiki is a product of Greece. The olives grow on a terroir in the southern Peloponnese and are harvested early and processed according to Château d'Estoublon's quality standards.

The balsamic, by contrast, is a product of Italy. That makes this set a small Mediterranean meeting in itself: Greek Koroneiki alongside Italian balsamic, brought together by Provençal Château d'Estoublon.

A little Koroneiki, a few drops of balsamic, sea salt and perhaps some pepper: a good tomato salad often needs nothing more. The combination works equally well with grilled vegetables, fish, burrata or a salad with soft cheese.
