First, about the vinegar...

The Gran Reserva Venta del Barón vinegar 100 ml is an exclusive gourmet vinegar, a special edition with the quality guarantee of the DOP Priego de Córdoba.

In this special edition of Gran Reserva vinegar, Venta del Baron wanted to combine the artisanal tradition of production with the certified quality of the Montilla y Moriles Protected Designation of Origin. This gives this Gran Reserva vinegar the contrast of perfect balance.

It is made with fine wines from Bodegas Toro Albalá, with a tradition of 50 years of barrel ageing. This is why its intense vinegar aroma, partly due to long barrel ageing, gives roasted aromas and memories of old wines when tasted.

Most importantly, it is a dry and intense vinegar. It has a balanced and pleasant acidity. It is undoubtedly a vinegar with great flavour and aromatic persistence, with aromas of dried fruit and roasted nuts.
