Shipping & returns
From our warehouse in Ede we ship orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Denmark and Sweden. Other destinations are available on request. We take great care in packing your order safely so that it arrives in perfect condition.
Webshop orders are generally shipped with PostNL. You will always receive a Track & Trace code. In exceptional circumstances we may use DHL instead.

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €5.95. Orders of €50 or more are shipped free of charge. For other countries, the rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown below.

We use recyclable cardboard and 100% biodegradable starch-based packing chips. In the Netherlands these officially belong in residual waste, although they can also be reused or simply dissolved in water.
We aim to keep our stock levels as complete as possible. At the producer, olive oil is stored under ideal conditions at a constant temperature and under protective gas, and is often bottled only when ordered. If our own stock is temporarily insufficient, new oil is usually already on its way.
14-day cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product. You will receive a refund of the full order amount including the original shipping costs. The cost of returning the order is your responsibility.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please do not open the bottle, can or other sealed food packaging.

Our products must meet high quality standards. If something is nevertheless wrong with a product, please contact us first. In the case of a genuine quality problem, we will of course not charge you any costs and will refund the purchase price in full, including any return costs if we ask you to send the product back.
