Officially the best organic olive oil in the world in the 2015/2016 harvest year. Of course we ALWAYS deliver the last harvest.
With only 8000 bottles per year, production is small, but the taste and quality are great. Pressed from 100% Picuda, Hojiblanca or Picual olives from specially selected trees in the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park, located in the center of the triangle between Màlaga, Còrdoba and Granada in Andalusia.
Picuda: The fragrance is green and fruity with hints of apple and unripe banana. You can clearly recognize the scent of fresh grass and almonds. The taste ranges from sweet to slightly bitter and a little bit spicy.
