The LADOLEA Handmade ceramic bowl draws inspiration from the rich history of the Messolonghi region in Greece, home to an ancient salt cellar bowl dated to 300 B.C., called the ‘Skyphidion’. This ancient tableware was used for serving salt, spices, and herbs in the everyday family life of the era, in social gatherings, in the famous drinking parties (Symposiums) and in religious rituals.
The opaque surface prevents light penetration and maintains the seasonings in their purest form,
preserving the precious LADOLEA® aroma and taste.
Caring for our consumers and environment, each reusable ceramic bowl is accompanied with a
wooden spoon so that it can be responsibly refilled.
