TASTING NOTES
An exclusive and original creation, Héritage is produced from selected varieties of olives from the estate. Sweet, subtle and without any trace of bitterness, this rare organic olive oil reveals a ripe fruit character and lovely concentration on the palate.

SUGGESTIONS
This well-balanced and intense olive oil is perfect for a creamy butternut soup, game served with pan-fried wild mushrooms and vegetables, or a salad of oranges with cinnamon.
